Meet the Founder

Hi I’m Melissa, a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Masters Degree and 15+ years of experience in the public health sector. I have always been driven by the desire to make a difference. After years on the reactive side of public health, I realized I wanted to move from managing health concerns to helping prevent them.

Founding The Well Being was my way of focusing upstream, helping individuals maintain their health or even reverse early signs of health issues. My passion is to help people increase their quality life years -- to live their lives for as long as they possibly can with joy, energy, and wellbeing.

The Well Being translates evidence-based wellness knowledge and concepts in a way that supports, guides, and encourages organizations and their team members to positively create change in their own lives.
